Bereavement Services are provided by a team of volunteers overseen by a Chaplain.
Memorial services are offered for the patient's loved ones, caregiver(s), and hospice staff to provide an opportunity to honor, remember, and celebrate life.
Bereavement Services include personal visits, telephone calls, mailings, information, and referral to community groups and resources, as well as unlimited continuing support groups for family and friends.
After the loss of a loved one, our customized bereavement program is available for 13 months. Customized bereavement includes counseling, mental health, and 24-hour support availability with our support service team, which includes a Registered Nurse, Chaplain, and Social Worker.
